Most everything is crowdsourced. Human consciousness is crowdsourced from cells, or fermions and bosons. When i think of crowdsourced religions i do include SJWs (social justice warriors) and SJPs (social jordan petersons , named because they are social, and remind you of ‘air jordans’ because they are both expensive and generate alot of hot air).

Both SJWs and SJPs cite science, because it has the veneer of Objectivity (though SJPs may use term Objectivism). Science has cred — if a peer reviewed scientific article says it, i believe it and that is all there is too it. Faith accompli. They both mostly cite psychology.

Elimination of ‘seperate but equal’ or ‘jim crow’ laws for race seperation by Supreme Court of USA relied on psychological science (brown vs education) — they said there is no seperate but equal. SJWs cite that. (Mathematical arguments can be made to support that view, and the reverse view. )

SJPs cite other psychological science —which explains why they have ‘merit’ (discipline, won the genetic lottery, made a wide choice to get A’s in their PhD classes by taking easy classes — -’ basket weaving for hierachicalists’, etc. ) and hence can afford a pair of 800$ air jordans. (SJWs take basket weaving for subaltern careeers and get jobs teaching intersectionality. ).

John Rawls also discussed this — from his position at the top of the hierarchy, he discussed the problem of the subaltern. His view was ‘let them eat cake’ or rather ‘give the subaltern a piece of your cake’. )
