Where should you waste your ballot, or should you even waste your time thinking about it?
You could take it to one PO ballot of drop box or a different one, and see which trash can it ends up in.
Will it be recycled rather than wasted?
Green party members (eg the little green men in movies) say ‘we need structural change so dont choose the ‘lesser of evils’ — eg Biden — because if we just are patient we can get something better next time (eg perhaps Howie Hawkins is young enough he can win next time — also while there is an age cutoff at the bottom — -35 — there is none at the top — so its possible given current advances in aging research that Howie Hawkins can in election when he is say 400 years old. Older and wiser. )
(I personally disagree with the age requirement of 35. I was born in the ‘Land of Presidents’. We create presidents there. We also create the Walmarts, Tyson’s foods, Orville Faubus’, Little Rock 9, Huckabees, Hope. El Dorado and Eureka.

Some people who advocate for Biden say ‘we are tired of being patient until the GP savior comes’. Besides we are dying of COVID now. Obviously we would like to spend the next 400 years helping Howie Hawkins and GP get ballot access everywhere so then we can have universal health care but we are too sick to go to your rallies and hear the same speech again.
